Brrr-terfly Wednesday

Happy Butterfly Wednesday!
This morning Sienna and I actually declared today to be a ...
Brrr-terfly Wednesday.
Sienna likes to say "Brrr" after Mama says, "It's cold!"

This morning we ventured out in the Autumn bliss to go to the Skagit Valley Co-op.
Mama was in need of vitamins and kefir.

Sienna was in need of Burt's Bees wash and diaper creme.

We bundled Sienna up after her bath in her butterfly shirt (for Butterfly Wednesday, of course), overalls, purple sweater, and matching beanie.
And then we were off!
Here are a few snapshots from the parking lot on our way home ::

Reading her Elmo book.

Turning the pages.

She found her favorite page!

On the way home, we opted to skip the freeway and drive through downtown Mount Vernon.
We were planning to head over to Conway and go through some of the little antique shops there, but unfortunately they were closed.

Instead we looked at farms on the way, enjoyed the views of the mountains, and tried to spot some "bib" trucks. Sienna puts her arms in the air to emphasize "bib" when she says it!

Here are some snapshots of the ride home ::

Mama's view at a stoplight in downtown Mount Vernon.

I really want to stop at this farm for some hot apple cider!
Maybe this weekend ...

And now home again, home again ...
She's just about ready for her nap, too!

Eating some O's.

See ya next Wednesday butterfliers!
